Deepki, the leading SaaS platform for sustainability in real estate, is expanding its presence in the United States and seeking an exceptional Senior Sustainability Consultant to establish and lead our New York office. You will play a pivotal role in deploying our ESG data intelligence platform to US clients, driving the success of Deepki in the American market. In this hands-on position, you'll manage platform deployments for major real estate players, acting as a bridge between client stakeholders (IT, ESG, Learning teams) and our internal teams. You'll ensure seamless project execution, translate business requirements into technical functionalities, and oversee data migration processes. Your responsibilities span project coordination, technical implementation support, and continuous platform optimization. You'll also dive deep into clients' ESG priorities and reporting frameworks, converting their strategic goals into actionable deployment steps while contributing to our product roadmap. Cross-functional collaboration is essential—you'll coordinate between sales, product, operations, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and drive client success. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong project management expertise, technical acumen, and a passion for sustainability. You'll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where data-driven decision-making accelerates real climate impact across commercial real estate portfolios.
Vos missions
- Support deployment of the SaaS platform to US clients, acting as liaison between client departments (IT, ESG, Learning) and Deepki teams
- Manage and monitor platform deployment projects, ensuring alignment with global strategy and deployment goals
- Participate in technical implementation, translating client needs into technical functionalities and advocating for platform enhancements
- Conduct comprehensive data collection, identify existing and new data sources, and ensure seamless integration into the platform
- Analyze customer data to identify optimization opportunities and improve application configurations
- Understand client ESG priorities, frameworks, and reporting requirements to inform deployment strategy
- Coordinate collaborative efforts across Deepki teams including sales, product, operations, and delivery
- Support operational transitions for new client accounts, ensuring smooth data migration and process alignment
Profil recherché
- 8+ years of experience in project management, consulting, or similar roles (senior level)
- Proven expertise managing SaaS platform deployments or enterprise software implementations
- Strong understanding of ESG frameworks, sustainability reporting standards, and real estate sector dynamics
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Fluent in English; French language skills strongly preferred
- Based in or willing to relocate to New York City
Un plus si vous avez
- Experience in the real estate or sustainability sector
- Knowledge of data integration and migration processes
- Familiarity with ESG reporting frameworks (GRESB, SASB, GRI, TCFD)
- Background in customer success or account management
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification
