Deepki, the leading SaaS platform for sustainability and energy performance management in real estate, is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive market perception and sales enablement in a rapidly evolving sector. This is your opportunity to bridge Product and Sales at a critical moment for the company, translating complex energy efficiency innovations into compelling narratives that close deals. You'll own strategic positioning, develop GTM strategies aligned with quarterly release cycles, and serve as the thought leader for our sustainability solutions across Paris or London. Working in a fast-paced, sprint-driven environment, you'll collaborate with product teams to architect market strategies, enable sales channels with deep buyer intelligence, create high-impact marketing assets, and shape pricing models that reflect value. This role demands a sales-first mindset, strategic curiosity, and the ability to thrive amid shifting priorities. You'll become the expert on who our buyers are, how they purchase, and what drives their decisions in real estate investment and finance—while keeping a competitive eye on market dynamics.
Vos missions
- Develop product positioning and messaging aligned with target audiences in real estate and sustainability
- Train and enable sales teams on key problems solved and buyer value propositions
- Create internal tools and external marketing collateral to support sales execution
- Define and execute GTM strategies for all supported capabilities, products, and services
- Conduct market intelligence to identify buyer personas, purchase behaviors, and decision criteria
- Analyze competitive positioning and develop defensive strategies
- Serve as primary thought leader through speaking engagements and written thought leadership
- Partner with Finance and Product to optimize pricing models and packaging strategies
Profil recherché
- 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in fast-paced SaaS environments
- Proactive, self-driven approach with ability to deliver high-quality output in two-week sprint cycles
- Fluency in English with professional communication skills
- Proficiency with HubSpot, WordPress, project tracking tools, and AI tools
- Deep understanding of buyer behavior and GTM strategy execution
Un plus si vous avez
- Deep knowledge of Real Estate Investment and Finance sector
- Professional proficiency in French or German
- Experience with sustainability, ESG, or energy performance solutions
- Track record of launching successful B2B SaaS products
